I've read their terms & conditions - looks like one almighty headache IMO.

I like to deal directly with my clients, build a raport & hopefully have me cleaning their windows for life or at the very least whilst they live at the property.

It might work for you if you're just starting up & you don't like canvassing. I enjoy canvassing and have very little room for additional customers so not for me ....

I can imagine you will get a lot of one-off cleans which could be a right pain.... I see that they now offer the option of regular cleans which they didn't beforehand, so this is a step in the right direction. Still why would you go through a middleman who cream off 10% of your earnings?

I agree with you all, although the 10% they take could be on top of what your happy with, however yes better to have your own loyal customers for regular work and Income. Was really just interested to find out more about them .

I am just starting up on my own so any work is better than none. Also it gets you out there where neighbours etc. see you. I clean gutters and power wash so could pick extras that way.

Being seen while working has got me most of my work, almost makes the initial job worth doing for nothing! /emoticons/tongue.png
