Like lime scale on fascia

My first serous post so hello guys and be gentle.

Ok I've recently had a guttering cleared and cleaned and found like line scale on the fascia very very hard to remove.

Any solutions or detergents on removing this?.

Picture is how it was before so you can imagine after a clean the linescale sticks out like a sore thumb.

Pre soak with a 10-1 ubix solution then scrub up with Unger Rub Out and a green scourer. Will take elbowngrease but will come off fine.

Yes this is almost the way ended up going about it, well all but ubic used a named branded Upvc cleaner and lots of scrubbing lol.
