This Guy Has Some Nerves...

Why don't he do it properly and abseil down the building?
might only be a few windows that he does, so uses anchor points for his harness that's drilled into the walls of the room.

 
I've done anchor work before, only 5-6 storey high at most and that made me brick myself the first few days I did it. Got used to it in end.

And as regards dropping tools, we attached them to our belt incase we dropped them. And I never did.

That cannot be safe even if the anchor points are drilled in that's just crazy
when they are put in right they are safe.

a single 1/8 inch toggle bolt can hold upto 50lb (22kg) just into plasterboard!
