does anyone on here know much about carpet cleaning

my friend is looking to set up a we business over here and doesnt know much bout it . any helps guys

Ive dabbled but no expert, the main thing is training & insurance, getting a decent machine, its not cheap to get started but good money to be had.

Carpet cleaning has been my main business for years. Windows are an add on simply because I was getting asked so often. Training is vital as there are so many things that Can possibly go wrong. Knowing what can be cleaned with hot water extraction and more importantly what can't. Carpets that are potential shrinkers etc
