Off for the week injured

So I went our Saturday night. woke up Sunday in agony from my shoulder, wife not speaking to me.

Went to the local walk in centre, got sent to a&e. some good news, no break just sort tissue damage, can't even pick up a cup of tea.

Out of action for at least a week.

Bored after one day at home.

Wife's still not happy. at least she's at uni and work tomorrow.

Never mind it could be worse, I had to stop working for 5 week in the spring after having my appendix removed and my shoulder popped out and then back in which stop me working for a few weeks in the summer.
