What do you include in a full valet?

Do you oil hinges, adjust them, replace rubber gaskets? would do you include in a full valet that makes it different from just an in and out clean. Or do you just clean? how far do you go in getting to the sort of service sanderson and the like are offering. I'm looking at all the different options involved in conny cleaning to move it forward from the basic conny in and out clean I do at the mo.

Full valet is what you just said. Inside all PVC is cleaned using cream cleaner . All tracks etc cleaned. People don't usually want this. I mostly only clean
