Bought this. Can use it outside and inside. Good buy?

I know the normal exterior one is good. Is this one?

Rubber mat on that is dangerous on wet wood..guaranteed slip. You need the one with pins on it.

I think it's both in one package. It ha's the metal pins for outside jobs and rubber for inside work. It's coming today so will confirm that.

This is the Pro Plus. The bit which has the small nails in it (outside use) lifts out of case. The rubber bit is on the outside of case for polished interior surfaces ( if dry). I guess the only place this thing wouldnt work is on wet interior surfaces, where rubber would slip.

I use these on slopes. U said rubber slips on wet surfaces but on uneven surfaces what else can u use?
