Professional Look? New Design

I always wear a branded work top and just having some new design work done, question is do any of you have prints on the arms like ( IPAF ) Or ( FWC ) logos? Would you just mirror the back on the front at a smaller scale?

Nice design but I never understand why people put their mobile or landline number on their shirt. If a potential customer is within a close enough distance to read the number, then why can't they simply ask you for it or for a business card? It makes me laugh picturing a customer standing behind you with their phone out taking down your number but NOT talking to you.

On my uniform it simply has my logo and company name, simple as
