What pump?

Hi all, I'm using a shurflo 100psi pump from pure freedom. On a trolley with 25 metre of hose the speed and pressure is fantastic but when I put same pump in a van set up with longer hose the pressure is weak and it piddles out of pole even on 99 on controller.

Now I've 3 vans and it's same on them all, other window cleaners have same set up and use it on 50 and are amazed how weak mine is on 99.

Question is are the other flojet and aquatec pumps pure freedom sell better and would they solve this problem? I don't want to buy them for the problem to be the same

Controller issue maybe? Do they need calibrating? If not I would connect the pump direct to the battery with a switch and see what the flow is like.

Air lock maybe? Take the pipe of before the hose reel and wait for the water to come out. This happens to mine when the water is low and I've been driving the van.
