New customer, cleaned windows, but the window seals look like they are quite soft (old). When we were cleaning them black was running down the windows.

Anyway, some of this water ran down the new rendering they had done on the house (cream colour) and it has stained. Tried gel cleaner, fairy, elbow grease, its helped a tiny bit, but not really removing it.

Any suggestions? Would UBIK be risky? or no good?

Thanks lads

Try a bit of neat bleach if it is new rendering it won't make that spot cleaner..or ubik will be fine from experience and may remove it as ubik on old rubbers causes black streaks which will come off sills etc with a bit more ubik on the brush
