I would suggest doing a test first to see what your water is coming out at the tap first cus you may just need a DI vessle .

Pointless buying stuff that you dont need ...

i already have two di vessels after the tank, just costs a fortune in resin and wanted to know if they would help lower the tds before it goes in tank

ya i know what u mean my resin lasts roughly 5 weeks well thats 11l well that aint to bad as its roughly £30 for half a bag so thats £5 a week prob a bit less

and consider how much it earns you its not much to worry about tbh BUT

i bought unger resin this month to compare to my normal turlin stuff to see if it lasts a bit longer

also after iv done this test i'm going to move onto the 2 di tanks then comapre but i'm keepiong my resin that reads 10ppm atm so i can use in my other di when i get it lol :]

i only use a di a the mo, but am thinking of sort of putting a ro before my tank, but i dont want any waste as am on meter, and cant be bothered to wait hours at the place where i can get free water,

what i want to do is put 3 of these in a row

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/info_RO_10_FIL_CLEAR_12.html

each with one of these in

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/info_RO_10_TRIP_PF.html

and then run water in to tank, is this possible?
It will help reduce the ppm

but probably not as much as you would like (5% at a guess)

phone up alex (gardinerpolesystems) he would be able to help more, its what he sells
