Got my ro up and running and im getting a 003 tds reading is this good enough for wfp thanks
No and yes. You need PURE which is 000. Some get away with 003 but no good long term
is that without a DI vessel
that's after filters or DI. You wont get 000 or 003 out of a tap
Ideally you want 000ppm. But I've used 005 and its never been a problem or had any complaints
I have just done a day with 017 came back to all the houses and all were perfect. 000 is overrated imo
003 is fine. I clean up to 010 with no problems.
It depends what minerals your water contains.
As a rule just stick with 000 and you won't go wrong.
If you have a chalky or Limey water, then you would notice spotting at 005, wheras if you have really soft water then people have used up to 030 before with no problems.
Pure water 000 cleans faster though, and is more absorbent/searching. You can have more confidence and work at a higher speed when your using pure. That's why I never let mine rise above 001. The cost is pennies to keep it at 000.
