Help Please

Hi

I have bit the bullet this week and ordered a big boy backpack with limited funds, I did speak to a local windy who offered to supply the water for me now he said he has a problem and cant, I have phoned a few windys and they said they only produce enough for themselves, should i keep asking? or what do i need to produce my own and how much will it cost me ?

any help would be helpful thank you
