I have a very small window cleaning round which I currently have done by a chap who also cleans gutters for me.Its a pain in the ****.I know I could expand it significantly but I cant be bothered having to rely on some one else to clean the windows.How much as a multiple would you suggest to sell it for?Its in Manchester and I am quite happy to replace any work that falls off with new work within areasonable time frame.I would imagine this will get totally different answers.I would also be happy to provide new work with same guarrantee but as you can imagine if someone buys it and doesnt do the job properly I am a bit loathe to go back to client to find out why.Any ideas would be appreciated Ta
