Unsure about software, we just send a text out to all customers letting them know that we are due round the next day and can they leave back gates open etc. Takes 2 mins to put all the numbers in and with the free txt bundles costs about £10 a month

Thats the best way you can even asign groups to txt as a whole round saves putting one number each time
