Tap connectors

Could someone recommended me the various garden and house tap connectors I'll need to cover me for most situations? There seem to be a lot of bad reviews regarding multi tap connectors not fitting correctly and water spraying everywhere. Or them being made of flimsy plastic and breaking.

Any recommendations on good garden hose pipes and the lengths people think are required would be good too.

Search on ebay for the metal type fittings, pricier than plastic but way way better, wont break and last just bout for ever, hard to beat the professional hose too, again pricier too but doesnt kink easily so good stuff, ebay or amazon

Are you on about hose connectors? You can get brass ones
