4040 Membrane Help!

Would appreciate any help with this. I am trying to change the membrane but i am having no joy removing the housing- i have the fibreglass champ housing.

I've attached a picture of the black cap end? Any idea how to take this out as the damn thing isn't moving an inch.

I have a 1000 litre of pure made just in case i ran into problems- this is a problem!

Have you undone the 2 hex bolts?

Yes the black cap end won't come out

thanks mark, been emailing vyair all day, there's a special tool they use that can loaned out to solve this.

fair play to the guy for emailing me back on saturday but am thinking surely this problem has come up before and that they would know that this is going to be a problem.

Thats what i use a radiator tap, come straight out.
