2nd day NVQ

Off tomorrow to complete the 2nd part of my NVQ in window cleaning and working at height certificate.Didn't like school much (not lessons anyway)the first day was enjoyable and got me thinking on how I can improve my business,I even put the trip hazard sign out now and use my ladder stop when the ladder comes off the rack ( about once a month)

I would recommend it if your aimlessly pushing you business along and don't have a focus.I have made a list of things I need to improve on to make my service a better experience for my customers.Finished my home work and see what tomorrow brings.

And it is all 100% government funded.

It was worth doing,it really makes you look at how you work and interact with customer.Made me a bit more safety aware.
