I too only do two cleans. If they don't pay, I drop them. By then I will have at least 2-3 new customers. My website is on the first page of Google which brings in much local work in and around Leeds.

How did you get the map so show at the bottom of your site, I noticed one of my rivals has done this too

Just use the Google maps. Make sure that your wording on your website is unique and not spam. You also need to make sure your header tags are right, and meta tags are all correct. It's not just about putting words on the pages of your website, you need to go behind the scenes and make sure all key words are correct.

look ata few websites and this will give you an idea.

If your local, then stick to on local keywords, then you don't need adwords. For example, if you live in Blackpool, then use Professional Domestic and commerical Window Cleaning Serivices in Blackpool. Just stick to those keywords and shuffle them about a bit, until you get it right. All my advertising is free due to my Google ranking.
