Upper floor window / door grids. How to get around them?

Hi yall.

I've going to do a quote for a big retirement home tomorrow, did a quick scout today and noticed on some of the upper floors they have like patio doors with grids to stop residents opening them to far and falling to their doom.

What's the best way to pole them?

I was thinking have the brush on its side so it will fit past the grill.

Any ideas would really help.

Gardiner quick loq brush on its side.

Depending on what care home it is I looked at a couple recently that now want the window cleaners to go in each flat individually and clean doors from the inside.

Probably better getting access, as it's a bit fiddly getting brush through. Pinging dirt of railings when passing brush back through. I do one like this, but I never know how good a job it does.
