Help!!! Water Fed trolley System

Hello I always use traditional method but i have got in with a management firm, And now i need a water fed pole trolley system for 3rd and 4th floor flats, I dont have a clue about them or where to buy them, I ideally want one that can plug in from a normal outside garden tap and pureifys as it goes as i dont have the capablitys of having a water tank at home as i live in a flat PLEASE HELP its giving me a headache trying to find one lol
