Trolley System In Hard Water Area!

Hi guys,

I'm just about to buy a water fed trolley system and I'm not 100% sure on how to purify the water and what system to use as i live in a hard water area.

ive got one, easy to install, you will need a tank in garden or garage to store the water so you can fill up your barrels ,

ive got a 650ltr, but you can have bigger tank,

I haven't got room to install a tank. would it take me long to fill the barrels nightly?

oh, forgot to mention ryan, what ever ro system you do decide to buy, make sure you get some of this (resin)

wat about a 4040 ro think they will fill barrows up very fast with a boster pump

I have a 4040 ro because I have low pressure (40psi) and hard water. You will struggle with barrels because you will be forever changing them over as you filter the water. I suppose if you timed how long it takes to produce 25 liters and switch barrels.

can this run from your kitchen tap and straight into my tank in the van and why is this so cheap when van mounted systems are so expensive

yes pauljohn, you can run it straight from tap, but, would only do that if you have drive way, you don't want hoses crossing public pathways, plus you want to insulate them now, what with the cold weather. jp
