Another how much would you charge post ;-) UPVC cleaning

Ive been asked for a price to clean all UPVC and conny roof on this house. The house is only 2.5 years old so although I've only seen the pics here it shouldnt be that bad. I only usually do windows so im a bit clueless pricing stuff like this. I would want to as much as possible from the ground / steps if possible.

How much would you charge and how long do you think this should take? Any obvious nitemares? If I use a flocked sill brush with fan jets and some screwfix degreaser im assuming this should be a relatively easy job?

Personally, I'd charge £170. Everyone is different though. Depends how long you think it'll take.

All looks quite clean although I could see run marks coming from a gutter bracket. You'd probably need a magic sponge and cream cleaner to clean those.

£175 to £250 depending how bad it is that's a reasonable size conservatory , about 2.5 to 3.5 hours

100 gutters & 100 Conny, 3 hours work - 4 hoyrs + 25 quid extra if clearing gutters as well
