First day back 'on the scrim' yesterday...

6 hours of ladder work, couple of hours office cleaning before that....

Man alive I ache.... Shoulders, legs, back, pretty much everywhere:(

I've had nearly 3 weeks off over Christmas & I think I've grown soft & flabby over that time /emoticons/biggrin.png

I'll soon get back to it but almost puts me off from taking any time off...

I did say 'almost' still enjoy time off...

Anyone else struggle when they return to work, physically or mentally?

Had trouble getting my head in the game as well...

I had 2 weeks off n went back same day as everyone else, first clean was a new customer so had to impress and was hard. by the 3rd clean of the day I was back in the swing of it

Had a week off 2nd day back and van blew up and then it peed it down for two days. So yeh fed up atm and really can't be bothered.

Roll on spring

After two weeks sitting round a pool, drinking and eating non stop, going back to work this week has been knackering, especially carrying this extra half a stone .

Still, after a couple of months, I should be back to my Adonis self
