yes, but most try to keep below 5.
I think between 0.00 and 0.03 that's my personal preference tho.
Run it through some resin mate bring it down. I'm a stickler though never go above 2 - 3.
I could ask Miss Moneypenny for you??? Sorry couldn't resist
5 and below I think is best.

Haha took me a while
I use up to 10ppm no probs
Badbusdriver do you get no spotting
Not as far as i am aware, no. When i started i was told by another much more experienced windy, that up to 10 is fine for cleaning windows. So i have just stuck by that, and so far (started june '09), i havnt had any complaints (touchwood!). I actually know another windy who uses r/o only for purification, his unit brings his water down to 9-12ppm, and he just uses it like that (and i know for a fact he has also cleaned windows at 20+!) . Says if his customers is happy with the results, then so is he!.
i ran mine to 10 just find did my house with 12ppm water and no spotting after and the house was dirty
i'll be changing mine at 10 tho
windy i was with last year changed his at 8 to so around 8 or 10 is max imo
