Now do a back flush again with the di canister disconnected for about 15 mins then turn the knoby thing back to produce pure for another 5 mins then tell me what the tds is then after the ro. Don't connect the di for this test.

 
So your ro is working fine then after all. It's just the resin that is knackered.

Remember it's best to disconnect the 10" di canister each time you flush the ro then run it for the first 10 mins. Take a tds reading before connecting the di canister back up. That way you are not subjecting the small amount of resin it hold to tds creep. :thumbsup:
