yer is so much better than the normal framed tank I had in it, the van drives and handles so much better

the tank is under the floor,

yes it is mounted on a swivel.

it holds 520lts water. I got it from Plastic Tank Suppliers | Plastic Water Tank Suppliers he makes any size tank to any size and shape you want.

Looks like you got the same van as me, expert.
