Method statement , risk assessments

Hi been cleaning windows for afew years traditional way , do mostly domestic , but have afew businesses no problems , but ive got some work and their wanting - method statement, risk assessment and coshh assessments along with my insurance certificate . The insurance isnt aproblem but never done the others just looking for abit of advice what needs to be put in and does it need to be set out in a certain format . Many thanks dave

As for method statement, just write down how you clean the windows in the order you do it I.e 1)scrub windows with solution 2)squeegee window etc.

Coshh data sheets you can find on google. Type in the chemical you use with coshh data sheet after and you should be able to find it relatively easy.
