Been offered 9 houses 10 mins away from me worth £96 a month. Have addreses & have seen 5 of them & rang the other 4 & all are cosher. The chap wants £150 for them. He cannot fit them in & approached me today. As I said they are all cosher as spoke or saw them. I know a lot of you don't buy work but this seems pretty good. What yer think.

yeah worth a punt for the little amount your are shelling out, Spent about £1500 on work last year. Everything turned out fine.
