Battery, Car Charger

Hi guys quick question, can i run a pump and flow master from a car charger instead of a battery? i have a new tank in my van that i have sealed with sealant so cant fill tank until dry. but i need water foe tommorow so im filling my other tank in garage and will transfer the water to the tank in my van in the morning. i dont sant to use my battery in van as it will drain it so can i use a car charger to transfer the water from my tank in the garage to my tank in the van?
