Static Setup

In the process of setting up a static system but my submersible transfer pump won't fit in the tank any suggestions?

i just cut a bigger hole in my ibc tank, if you want you can always get a plastic bag and tape it to cover it up.

i not bothered to cover mine up and water stays fine. nothing has fallen in it yet

i had to cut my hole bigger. im my 1000litre tank.

i have a pice if wood over the hole and 2 bricks on top of wood to stop any thing falling in .

ive had no problem.

Ibc's can come with 2 sizes of lids. I've got the bigger ones so my pumps fit in them just fine. /emoticons/wink.png

cheers lad set up now but water is reading 0.13ppm from the tank I gave it a good clean out aswell is there anything else I can do to get ppm down

Even when it's cleaned out, the pure water will absorb impurities from the side of the tank.

When it's emptied and filled up again it will be fine!
