Anyone from the city moved to a small town (3000 peoples) Is there enough work?
Work city and town homey
It is dependent on the type of money you want to earn. You have less houses to target but that does not mean anything either. 10 well priced houses per day can be a good living. Get yourself 150 - 200 quality clients and you could be well set.
6x 30 quid houses a day would be a good earner and more likely to find houses like that in a small town especially the outskirts where it becomes more rural
No point targetting small houses although i wouldn't turn them down unless you have a dense housing estate or 2 in the town which could be good
Think people in rural areas expect to pay more for services which is a bonus.
It's easy to become the bloke that everyone knows, in a small area. Just get yourself out there and the word of mouth will spread quick.,
That is starting to work in a local village i work in
The neighbours and friends have started calling asking me for quotes
