Building a trolley system

Well I've been up and running a couple of weeks and have enjoyed it so far.

I have started to pick up some houses that have the hard to reach 2nd floor dormer window.

I've decided to have a go at building my own trolley system, the only part I can't find is the charging socket for the 12 volt battery's hat connects to the mains 240v.

Any ideas , I know there's some very knowledgable people on here.
