You are best with a 5kva really and loncin are relatively cheap

Other than buying one just rent one when needed then add it to the cost of the job including fuel which is what I do

Yes I agree with Smurf.
the 3000 watt vac will draw 3KW when running, but more when starting up the vac.
So you don't want to run your Genny at full, flat out for that time.
And best to hire as you can simply off hire it and forget it afterwards.
And obviously can claim the full cost against the job anyway can't you.

I have already quoted it thinking I could use there power point but don't think they have one I'm just waiting to see if they have or not but just getting ideas of prices and info incase they haven't
