Loncin G420 Pressure Washer

Hi , could someone tell me why the pressure goes down to 2000 psi and then goes up to 3000 psi?When I work with it there is no problem with the pressure.

Is there some sort of pressure switch? Looks and sounds like it's idling, slight pressure loss so it builds it back up again. I guess it prevents the machine from having to run flat out constantly?

Just unloader valve , no leak. Machine worked only for 25 hours in total. 21/Lpm Belt driven , annovi reverberi pump.
