Cleaning old egg marks off render

Hi chaps,

Any advice on what will get egg off render? It looks pretty old..

I have hypo, ubik, a pressure washer and can get to it to scrub it..I guess hot water would be good...

Ubik and hot water won’t touch the sides as I’ve tried it myself. Would have thought hypo will though but I’m no expert in that area.
