Advice Please on this

Hi

Been asked to clean FSGs on this property.Haven't  seen a set up like this before so told customer I would seek advice on whether it can be done or not with a pole.

No idea, to be honest as I am but a simple window cleaner, but read this 

Barge and pole comes into my mind, it looks like a power line and you'll be waving a good electric conductor, that is squirting water, near it. 

Without an inspection report, done by a fully qualified person, then I wouldn't go anywhere near the job. 

Thanks for the replies.I did tell the customer that I wouldn’t be able to do it due to the electrics.I m fairly new to this game so lust really wanted some clarification that I made the right shout.

We have done a lot like this , the supply SHOULD BE INSULATED INTO  THE HOUSE , but it’s best to always err on the side of caution if you are unsure don’t risk it . With my Fireservice hat on I would say don’t do it , but from experience I have done several hundred over 20  years and never had any issues at all but that doesn’t mean that it cannot happen , I always have a good look before commencing work and never get staff to do it I always do it myself. 

Think I will give it a miss.
