2019 Hose pipe ban

Hi just saw there could be hose pipe ban in August from southern water and read somewhere on internet  that a new law will be  coming in that may affect window cleaning with waterfed poles  ???, any of you guys know any more ??

As far as I am aware window cleaners can still use water fed pole systems during brought orders on the grounds of health and safety:

In regards to a new law, where have you seen this? The only mentions I can find are from 2007 changes to drought orders.

I cant find it myself now lol saw it on daily telegraph page , must be scare mongering

it’s from 2007 lol I think if any laws had changed from then we would have known by now ?
