Water 80ppm after change

Hi changed both pre filters 4040 membrane and resin all was ok coming out at 0ppm just checking water again after tank filled water in tank is 30ppm and now coming from di vessel 80ppm have I got a doggy 4040 membrane it was open when it got delivered and wet. Thanks Mark

Send it straight back it should be in a sealed plastic cover

Silicon grease or spray it will help it slip in easier

Yes as PJJ said, silicon grease should help it. Know a few locally with a similar problem

When my water was coming out at 80 ppm will it have ruined my resin is it best to change it. Thanks Mark
