In line tds, how to.

Hi all, looking at plumbing in an online tds meter to van system. My question is, they all look like they come with small 8mm or similar connections but my system runs on mainly normal hose size, 13mm I think. How do you put these together? Any photos of setups would be helpful!

I bought mine from Daqua. There is a couple of different size connections. 

Mine is set up on my static Ro using John Guest pipe which is 15mm then I have some connectors that the probes go into.
