fitting new membranes and prefilters in my 450gpd RO system bought from daqua.

I know it's been covered loads of times, sorry, how long should I flush the new membranes for?

When I build a system it takes around 2 hours to get it to 95% rejection then maybe a good 3/4 hours to hit 98%. If you're happy with the 95% rejection rate then start water production and it will drop after a couple of days.

Some membranes will drop to 98% rejection within a couple of hours and some it will take a long time. It all depends how much chemicals have been added to the film to protect it with it being dry.
