Hi all, I'm on a job and struggling. Got a load of silicane smears all over it in and out that isn't shifting. Has anybody got any magic solutions they use to help get rid? Cheers Dan

Pack up and move onto the next job ?

only way way I can think of removing it , nose to the glass , by them photos would be struggle place ladder ?

It’s a right pain generally  we wouldn’t do this type of job , but go over it with a scraper and solvent UPVC cleaner this does work but it’s a slow process , you will need a pointer ladder to put on the wooden frame

Silicon remover solution from Screwfix is awesome. Apply with the blue kitchen roll then wash trad as pure water won't get the solution off.

I have advised the client that I would get the glass fitters back. I will try on the next clean a bit more but not looking positive
