Help required brass fitting

Anyone one know where I could purchase or find an alternative for this brass fitting inside my hose reel. I've somehow managed to put 2 holes on the actual fitting tried PTFE was no good.

I would try Streamline (Varitech). I use the same type of reel and it was supplied by them. ?
