Property has areas of red gloss paint on it - customers getting it redone soon and wants the white areas soft washed - will a 2% hypo mix leave it looking like Joanna Lumleys face after a heavy night in the bubbly ?

Also it has one prominent electrical wire (see on top right of first pic) which is covered in paint - what is the general strategy for Softwashing around electrical wires / alarms etc ?

Softwashing will remove loose paint , if the place is going to be painted it doesn’t matter , it might look blotchey  but it will look cleaner , don’t get hypo mix on alarm boxes or electric cables or any other metal parts tape them up or keep hypo away from them obviously don’t touch electric cables keep poles spray mist away from them .
