Downpipe on inside of building

Just wondering what some of the more experienced guys on here would do to ensure the downpipes are cleared out when the downpipe runs on the inside of the building.

The gutters are heavily blocked but can be vac’d out, if the downpipe is choked how do we clear it?

 Thanks again

Depends what type of down pipe it is usually they are straight down without any bends if they are like that just put the vac pole down from the tops , also loom for any inspection hatches in the building wall if it’s a commercial building aluminium panels it could have a removable cover ?? Apart from that not a lot you can do , some do have a grill over the down pipes so might be worth a look from a ladder or put il a camera but generally with something like this it’s better to go up a ladder and have a look ,

You could dismantle if it has bends, just be ready you might flood the place if its blocked and full of water...

Clear out all that you can and do what Part Timer said put a bucket or hose down it and see if it flows. If it still blocked you could try drain rods from the top or bottom if you can get them up it.

Or you could try an electric drain auger..

Something like this  (you would probably have to use it from the bottom though) -
