Windy falls off ladder, airlifted to hospital

Always better to work with both feet on the ground where possible. Probably avoidable. I do hope he makes a full recovery!

Will insurance pay out? Working at height, if there's another way to get to the window without using ladders to use that method? 

My insurance covers me up to 10 meters. So if he has the right insurances he should be good. Hopefully not too much damage caused.

Strictly speaking if he was working unsafely he can claim off the household insurance. Won't be very quick and I doubt he'll be awarded much.

I am guessing the reason he has been airlifted is serious injuries and needing to go to a specific hospital, I contemplated pursuing a claim when I had my fall back in 2002 but with the husband been a copper and the wife been a solicitor and thought I would get hounded for the rest of my life, but also came to the conclusion it was my error which resulted in my accident
