Right,

This is not technically window cleaning related as its for car cleaning, but the trolley I want to make will be almost identicle to the ones you guys make for wfp, and I'd like it to be usable as a wfp trolley too.

So trolley, with pump n battery on the bottom, then a fake floor above where the 25l containers sit.

Here is everything I think I will need:

Trolley (60kg) - http://bit.ly/YuBrZ7

Pump - http://bit.ly/XFW1Z6

Water Container - http://bit.ly/XFWfj4

Pump controller - http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=260967700091

Hose - unsure of diameter hose? 6mm?

Connectors? Unsure again. (Hose is to go from trolley to car so 5meters maybe? And I need to be able to connect standard hose stuff on the end.

I have a battery and charger

Some Perspex/wood to dress it up a bit.

Have I forgotten anything?

All help appreciated /emoticons/smile.png

You could use a smaller pump 80psi. Then use this as a flow controller and on off switch.

Can't see the link /emoticons/sad.png

Lol didn't work first time. Thanks,

Updated first post with it /emoticons/smile.png

What about hose and connectors ? I will need to connect a standard garden but hose accessories

The trolley, I wouldn't bother with, I know a lot use them, and I did, but mine went to the skip, you are far better with a trolley with pump up tyres. Much easier for moving on rough terrain, stones, grass, up kerbs etc

It isn't much smaller than the other trolley you suggested. The barrels I use are the perfect width, tho over laps the front by an inch or 2, which you could mod with some alu. I have not started with this trolley yet and is in my kitchen cupboard.. But will be building it up soon as I have everything else just need to find a suitable box big enough and the correct width for that trolley, which I can't so thinking of just using 2 boxes.

I've seen trolleys with pump etc bare, but wouldn't recommend that if your out in the rain, or incase you get splashes or whatever over could corrode wires..
