the down side to them that you cant use them on everyone! some are weak roofs and wont take much weight. just got to make sure you check first before using it.

I've not used any other make so can't comment what they are like. I've found the easi-dec conservatory ladder is a brilliant bit of kit that has more features than other cheaper makes. Comes with heavy duty adjustable stanbalising bar at the foot of the ladder that I've found comes in handy for slopping ground. Also hand rails and adjustable kneeling platform on the roof section so makes it comfortable to work from. Can be used with or without the roof ladder section too.
