Ive just hooked my leisure battery to my controller and pump. Earthed the battery, fused the live wire (10amp), connected the pressure switch up right and then the pump bleeps at me. I directly connect the pump to the battery and the pump went round and blew the fuse.

I had water running and all connections were solid

That analog controller was made by windowcleaningwarehouse and when it was connected to the pressure switch the blue led flashed

Im out of ideas, could someone shed some light plz

Thanks

Yes i checked and double checked the connections before connecting the battery.

Its the beeping from the pump that threw me, tried everywhere on net for an answer to it.

I took the pump apart and checked all was well, seals are fine.

Stupid bleeping pump /emoticons/unsure.png

To have blown the fuse it would have to have been reversed polarity. You have probably fried the PCB board unfortunately .

But it blew when i directly connected it to battery. Im not stupid enough to reverse the power. I knew the pump worked as i tested it in the van with a varistream controller.

Cant see why its blew a fuse and prior to that just beeping.

Ive put them in the bin **** it
