I think it will stretch too much mate. I used to use Gardiner hose with my AD and it wasn't great.
The orange hose that aqua sell is a bit more money than most. But it's worth the extra.
After 2 weeks of use. It's lovely to use bud.

Red is a bit more stiffer. For normal use orange is perfect for AD
Damo is right,The red hose is stiffer than the orange i am using the red hose at the moment and it is idea for hot water use, but i do prefer the orange hose which i will buy next time the red a bit to stiff for me and yellow hose to soft for ad
